The Crosbe Crosflow® Floor Levelling range features four base products designed, developed, tested, and manufactured locally in our state-of-the-art facility in Sydney. Our Floor Levelling products have been uniquely designed to be easy to work with and apply to all floor surfaces.
Our CROSflow® range of products are consistently used by construction and leveling contractors throughout Australia on a range of residential, commercial and industrial construction projects. The Crosbe CROSflow® products were developed in partnership with our customers through extensive R&D and comprehensive in-house testing in our NATA accredited laboratory.

CROSflow® 810 Floor Leveller
CROSflow® 810 Floor Leveller is a cementitious self-levelling underlayment with exceptional flow and adhesion properties. CROSflow® 810 Floor Leveller by Crosbe is suitable for internal applications where a thickness between 1mm and 30mm is required.
Use CROSflow® 810 Floor Leveller over new or old concrete floors prior to the application of floor coverings. This product will accept carpet and tiles after 24 hours, and all other flooring coverings after 72 hours.

CROSflow® 820 Bulk Filler
CROSflow® 820 Bulk Filler is a cementitious, non-structural, bulk fill floor underlayment with exceptional adhesion properties. CROSflow® 820 Bulk Filler is suitable for internal applications where a thickness of between 5mm and 80mm is required.
This product can be used over new or old concrete floors prior to the application of floor coverings, and will accept carpet and tiles after 24 hours, and all other floor coverings after 72 hours. CROSflow® 820 Bulk Filler can also be used for bulk filling applications, creating ramps and falls in screeds.

CROSflow® 830 Commercial Leveller
CROSflow® 830 Commercial Leveller by Crosbe is a commercial grade, cementitious self-levelling underlayment with exceptional flow and adhesion properties. CROSflow® 830 Commercial Leveller is suitable for internal and external applications where a thickness between 1mm and 50mm is required.
CROSflow® 830 Commercial Leveller can be used over new or old concrete floors prior to the application of floor coverings. This product will accept all floor coverings after 24 hours and is particularly suited under resilient flooring.

CROSflow® 840 Feather
CROSflow® 840 Feather is a polymer rich cementitious smoothing compound suitable for internal applications where a fast curing smoothing and patching compound is required to smooth over imperfections in concrete or floor underlayment.
Ideal for feather applications as it contains no sand, CROSflow® 840 Feather accepts floor coverings in as little as 15 minutes after installation, depending on the thickness. The high polymer content of CROSflow® 840 Feather avoids poor strength due to dehydration on thin applications and does not require any priming.

- Can be applied from a feather coat up to a thickness of 5mm in one application

- Trafficable after 15 minutes when applied as a feather coat
Polymeric Primer
A premium polymeric primer designed for cementitious systems.
CROSflow® Primer from Crosbe is suitable for use across both residential and commercial applications. Featuring excellent bond and rapid drying qualities, CROSflow® Primer is ideal for both new constructions or refurbishing of old floors and walls. It can be used across multiple surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.
CROSflow® Primer is available in a ready to use format in both 20L and 5L containers, as well as a 5L Concentrate.
